A user getting a Javascript error on the Comcast home page and unable to load the Comcast web-based e-mail page. It turns out there were conflicting version of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) on the system.
Issue was resolved by using a utility called JavaRA. It successfully removed conflicting registry entries and restored access to the Comcast E-Mail Web Client.
